About twenty percent of businesses fail within the first two years in the US, according to data from the BLS. Business Planning is a necessary and needed process. It is not a one-night project, but a long search. Using conversations with individuals, reading, and podcast, using tooling for my neat charts at the end of the document. It comes to a “make-sense” and viable point.
