Does a Story Go On?

I have many roles each day, the calls, emails, and texts. The social connections, virtual sessions. The business planning, status checks, website development. Accounting, crafting CI planning, templates for initiative. List goes on…

A role I am familiar with, event planning, and making a decision about proceeding or not in a very uncertain world, a new addition. Needing to revisit ideas for crafting a one day event due to instability in lives and schedules is rough and one I can share as a business owner. I am there. Do I go and poll to see what responses can tell me about my market and measure interest? Should I go by the level of effort in what is normally a secure process?

The direction for building offerings from a business is not always a success from the start. Learning is important. I prefer to poll, survey, and analyze feedback from leads and customers as a way to include and inject realism into consulting as a practice.

It may be back to a cup of coffee and another round of daily activities in response to a very different year of 2020 in business.
